Great clean surgery with excellent clinicians and supporting staff. Great emergency access at 8.30am and online booking capabilities! Very helpful website and clinicians always involve me greatly in decision making. Wide range of appointment timings as well.

I couldn't recommend highly enough! Having recently moved to the practice from a Hertfordshire surgery, I was surprised at how much simpler booking an appointment was (clicking through the app) and how much longer each Dr spends trying to understand your symptoms. Having been used to a 5 minute in and out approach, I was pleasantly surprised that on all four of my visits to this centre the (different) Drs have taken the time to ensure they have thought of all the different reasons for my symptoms, consulting their colleagues for a second opinion when necessary, requesting tests to ensure they have fully investigated and throughout acting with the utmost professional caring attitude. One Dr even called me as I was walking home from the centre to let me know he had had another thought of something simple that could be causing the pain, I couldn't ask for a better service than that!

Great surgery! Could not ask for a nicer, more competent and capable bunch of doctors and nurses! Lovely helpful hard working reception too. I am really shocked to read how quick people are to judge and leave negative comments. Such as someone who appears at the time to not even to be a patient leaving a one star for not saying 'good bye' or 'have a nice day'! To base a rating of a practice that struggling to offer the best care in a very difficult health system for many thousands of patients for many years on the basis of such a trivial interaction is unbelievable! I think those who feel the practice is a one star should move to another practice and then see what care they receive and perhaps they may then realise who misguided and amend their rating accordingly! PS Patient Access is not the GPs own system! but a national web platform
